 Liability: 
Once an order is picked up or delivered, TREATZ R UZ LLC is no longer liable. We will not replace treats that are broken and/or melted due to mishandling from customers. *please be advised all treats are heat sensitive & should be stored in a cool dry area such as refrigerator*

Food Allergy Warning: Some food items prepared in our kitchen may contain Wheat, Eggs, Soy, Nuts & Diary. please let us know any allergies prior to ordering 
                                                               
Designs: 
Glitter Designs: TREATZ R UZ LLC uses both Edible and NON TOXIC glitters. Edible Glitters are 100% FDA APPROVED but do not give the WOW Factor shine most customers are looking for.

NON TOXIC glitters are the wow factor majority of our customers love but are not FDA Approved  and should be consumed at your own risk  We will only use NON-TOXIC GLITTERS at the request of the customer & clear labeling will be added.
